How often can we order?
We process beef twice a year, but we accept orders year-round. We work one on one with you to make sure you are getting your meat as close to when you need it as long as supply allows.
Where is the beef processed at?
All of our meat goes to Koehler's Custom Processing in Gillette, WY right now. We are happy to take your beef anywhere in the area you would like as long as you arrange your own processing and set it for a date we are available. Contact us to work this out if you are interested.
Will it fit in my freezer?
Yes, but it does depend on the size of your freezer and what you order. Most of the time a quarter of a beef easily fits in a normal kitchen freezer. For half a beef we recommend a small chest freezer and a larger one for a whole beef.
How do I know what to order?
We are happy to help answer any questions you have. We will help you find the right size as well as walk you through the options you have for processing if you'd like. Simply contact us and we can get you the answers you need.
Do you grass finish any beef?
We will mostly be grain finishing our beef, but there are opportunities for grass finishing if that is what your family needs. The best option here is to reach out to us and we can talk about the options with you.
